Well Evelyn's 9 month checkup didn't go quite as well as we'd hoped for. She's actually lost weight and dropped back down into the 10th percentile for weight. I'm not happy about that. She's supposed to be gaining weight, not losing it! And the less fat she has on her body, the harder it is for her to keep her blood sugar up. Speaking of which we're not sure if her hypoglycemic episodes are just a fat stores issue or a hyperinsulinism issue, so we have to have some tests run. We have to take her to a lab and essentially induce a hypoglycemic episode and then they have to draw blood. I'm not looking forward to that. And what's more is we can't address the nighttime feedings until we get the results back from that, so it's more sleepless nights in our future. For all the reasons, I'm less than thrilled.
