PROMOTION! [noisemaker sound]

I am so excited, Spencer got a promotion at work! He is now certified to be a Driver License Examiner in 48 states (and some of Canada). He gets a raise and a certificate and all that good stuff. I would have made him a cake myself, but we didn't know when he'd get his test results back, so I wouldn't have had proper notice. Anyway, I ordered a cake to commemorate this special occasion, and wouldn't you know it I even got me a cake wreck! The decorator misspelled the word "contratulations." Haha it's nothing spectacular, but it's MINE! Haha!
